MONTH-to-MONTH EXISTING KOODO CUSTOMER


  • No additional charge 0$ - LOSE NUMBER/GIVEN NEW NUMBER:
  1. If you don't want to do the additional steps outlined below to keep your number, and want to do the easiest thing, simply submit the account via our submission page so we may modify the plan. You will end up with a NEW NUMBER.


  • Additional charge 35$ - KEEP NUMBER*:

*Special note: if you have a tab balance, it will have to be paid off to use this method

  1. If you are an existing month to month Koodo customer KEEP YOUR MONTH TO MONTH PLAN and open a SECOND new number on a new month-to-month plan following the steps outlined on our instructions page.
  2. What this means is you will temporarily have 2 plans with Koodo : 1 month to month plan with your existing number and 1 new number on a new month-to-month plan.
  3. Fill out our account submission form once ready and we will make the appropriate modifications to the NEW number/sim card. Then we will port your existing number to that sim card. You will then put the new sim card in your phone.
  4. Your old month to month plan/sim card will be automatically cancelled after we have completed. You will end up with only the one discounted month to month plan with your existing number.


PREPAID EXISTING KOODO CUSTOMER


  •  No additional charge 0$ - KEEP NUMBER:
  1. If you are an existing PREPAID Koodo customer KEEP YOUR PREPAID PLAN and simply open a SECOND new number on a new month-to-month (NOT prepaid) plan following the steps outlined on our instructions page.
  2. What this means is you will temporarily have 2 plans with Koodo : 1 prepaid plan with your existing number and 1 new number on a new month-to-month plan.
  3. Fill out our account submission form once ready and we will make the appropriate modifications to the NEW number/sim card. Then we will port your existing number to that sim card. You will then put the new sim card in your phone.
  4. Your old prepaid plan/sim card will be automatically cancelled after we have completed. You will end up with only the discounted month to month plan with your existing number.
